| Very eclectic in the things she enjoys doing including everything outdoors to the quiet and not-so-quiet indoor activities. Loves to be actively involved in work, the profession, friends and family and constantly learning. I look forward to the next two years as President of the URTA and learning from its members. Last year was a great experience and I hope we can repeat that for all- none of us on the board could have done it without one another. Lets pass that strength on to each other in supporting and expanding the field of Therapeutic Recreation in our beautiful state of Utah! |

| I am an RT graduate from the University of Utah. After getting this degree, I became partner in a successful Farmers Insurance Agency with my father so, I keep involved with URTA so that I can keep reminded about my passion in helping people enjoy life to the fullest and never forget what it feels like to play. I have performed locally and internationally at numerous venues such as the Hale Center Theatre, Orange Bowl, 2002 Winter Olympics, Rose Wagner Theatre, Chinese-American Storm Tour, the VFW Conferences and Lagoon. I spend my vacations exploring the mountains of Utah . I am usually the first to be up in the morning with my "orange attire" on and my thermos of coffee to hit the mountain during hunting season. My favorite trips are weekend getaways where we would load up the motorcycles and ATV's & come back filthy. I never turn down the chance to pack up my truck with my fishing pole, camping gear & my two best friends, Ty & Sharmane (my Border Collie/Aussie's), and head to the mountains. I can't wait for the stars and the smell of the campfire! |
