2022 Pre-Conference Payment Plan

The Utah Recreation Therapy Association wants to ensure every member has the opportunity to attend conference while keeping costs to a minimum. URTA is now offering a monthly payment plan to breakdown the full conference price into low monthly payments as an option to pay for the upcoming 2022 Conference.

Costs will include membership and will be offered at the Early Bird Discount rate of $325. Please be aware that payments must be paid monthly with full price due by February 25th, 2022. If full conference payment is not completed by February 25th 2022, a refund will take place excluding membership fee of $35 and processing fee of $20.

The first monthly payment begins in May. Registration for the 2022 URTA Conference Payment Plan will end June 23rd, 2021. Please note that those who register after May will have the same monthly payment but a larger final end cost to complete payment in full.

The 2022 URTA Pre-Conference Payment Plan is intended for members whose facilities do not pay for conference cost or for those who struggle coming up with the money all at once. Please do not apply for the payment plan if you intend for your facility or work to cover your cost. Early termination of the payment plan will result in membership and processing fee withheld after cancelation.

Deadlines and Cost Breakdown

First payment is due May 25th, 2021.

Payments are due by the 25th of each month. Invoice payments will be sent via Square by email.

Any missed payments will be added to the next months invoice.

Full payment must be completed the month by February 25th, 2022.

10 Month Break Down

May 25th: $35

June 25th: $33

July 25th: $33

August 25th: $33

September 25th: $33

October 25th: $33

November 25th: $33

December 25th: $33

January 25th: $33

February 25th: $33 (Full $325 due)


Approved applications will be notified before the first monthly payment May 25th, 2021.

Term Agreements

1. Agree to make monthly payments due on the 25th via slack..

2. Agree that missed payments are due the following month.

3. Agree that full conference payment is due February 25th (will pay any remaining balance by that date).

4. Agree that if I do not complete full payment by the 25th, I will be refunded excluding a $35 membership fee AND a $20 processing fee.
