2023 Pre-Conference Payment Plan

The Utah Recreation Therapy Association wants to ensure every member has the opportunity to attend conference while keeping costs to a minimum. URTA is now offering a monthly payment plan to breakdown the full conference price into low monthly payments as an option to pay for the upcoming 2023 Conference.

Costs will include membership and will be offered at the Early Bird Discount rate of $350. Please be aware that payments must be paid monthly with full price due by February 1st, 2023. If full conference payment is not completed by February 1st, 2023, a refund will take place excluding membership fee of $35 and processing fee of $20.

The first monthly payment begins in August. Registration for the 2023 URTA Conference Payment Plan will end July 31st, 2022. Please note that those who register after July will have the same monthly payment but a larger final end cost to complete payment in full.

The 2023 URTA Pre-Conference Payment Plan is intended for members whose facilities do not pay for conference cost or for those who struggle coming up with the money all at once. Please do not apply for the payment plan if you intend for your facility or work to cover your cost. Early termination of the payment plan will result in membership and processing fee withheld after cancelation.

Deadlines and Cost Breakdown

First payment is due August 1st, 2022.

Payments are due by the 1st of each month. Invoice payments will be sent via Square by email.

Any missed payments will be added to the next months invoice.

Full payment must be completed the month by February 1st, 2023.

7 Month Break Down $50 monthly

August 1st: $50

September 1st: $50

October 1st: $50

November 1st: $50

December 1st: $50

January 1st: $50

February 1st: $50 (Full $350 due)


Approved applications will be notified before the first monthly payment August 1st, 2022.

Term Agreements

1. Agree to make monthly payments due on the 1st via slack..

2. Agree that missed payments are due the following month.

3. Agree that full conference payment is due February 1st (will pay any remaining balance by that date).

4. Agree that if I do not complete full payment by the 1st, I will be refunded excluding a $35 membership fee AND a $20 processing fee.
