Covid 19 Requirements

Vaccination requirement:

  • Please be prepared to show your vaccination card or negative Covid test at registration. You will not be able to check in without showing your vaccination card or proof of negative test

  • If you are bringing results from a negative Covid test, please ensure your documentation includes your name and test date.


Face masks requirement:

  • Properly worn face masks are required while in all URTA Conference spaces, which include but are not limited to: the registration area, the Grand Ballroom, meeting rooms, sponsor and vendor booths, etc.

  • Presenters may remove their masks while speaking.

  • Masks may be removed while actively eating and drinking. Please promptly put it back on.
