Order Instructions

• Please fill out a separate order form for each different type of item you want to ensure customization. All items will be invoiced together. You will NOT have to pay for each item separately.

You are able to order more than one of the same type of item on the same order form. For every item ordered, you have the option to ship it to different a address. If shipping to the same address simply retype the shipping address.

If ordering more then 1 of the same item please remember to order all Gildan shirts together on the same order form, all Next Level shirts together on the same order form, all bags together on the same order form, etc.

• All items include shipping cost.

• Custom orders will not be made until invoice has been paid.

• Invoices will be emailed separately via Square.

• Your items will be shipped 5-7 business days AFTER payment is received.

• Please allow longer shipping time for larger orders.
