Come for a formal gala special event with live music, food, silent auction, and opportunities to help the Utah Recreation Therapy Association raise funds for their continued legislative efforts regarding licensure.

• Please register each person anticipating to participate. You can register up to 10 people on the same registration form.  

• Admittance ticket(s) will be mailed after payment on your invoice is completed. 

• Admittance tickets or a confirmation email is needed to gain entrance into the event. 

• This is a formal dress event.
